Join Our NuLife Medical Weight Loss Team:
We are looking for a compassionate and dynamic Career Certified Medical Assistant to help us run our high-end patient care clinic. Our clinic is deeply committed to providing individualized care, driven to help our patients achieve their weight loss goals.

Your Role and Our Mission:
As the NuLife Medical Assistant, you will be a key player in our clinical team significantly enhancing our patients’ experience. You will work directly with our patients to help them achieve their wellness and weight loss goals to enjoy their NuLife. This is a new clinic. As such, you will learn much more here than other Medical Assistant positions. You will be deeply involved in establishing policies and procedures and office management. You will have the opportunity to learn new technology and customer relationship management software. You will also gain experience operating weight loss equipment. We are looking for a CMA who enjoys working with others in a team environment and one who is looking for more than just a JOB.

Your responsibilities will include operating the clinic’s customer management system, greeting and preparing patients for treatments, assisting or performing weight loss procedures, administering semaglutide injections, performing body sculpting procedures, and assisting with patient communications.

Qualifications for the NuLife Medical Assistant:

• Must be certified or soon will be certified as a Utah Medical Assistant
• Passionate about patient care and helping others
• Ability to take and chart vitals
• Ability to administer injections
• Ability to access and accurately record electronic health records via iPad or tablet
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients
• High level of professionalism with an exceptional attendance record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer literacy, including MS Word and Excel
• Ability to learn and master new systems and technologies
• Highly motivated and high energy Certified Medical Assistant who is eager to learn about and treat conditions that impede weight loss
• Highly motivated team player with a willingness to assist with back office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments and processing payments, sanitizing patient rooms, filing and data entry

Pay:
$17.00 – $20.00 per hour plus bonuses

Schedule:

• M-F
• 9-6 (1 hr lunch)
