<li>This position may have irregular work hours and shifts, cooks and prepares a variety of hot and cold menu items for students, staff, and special events groups that vary in size.</li>
<li>Order, issue, and store food items in accordance with inventory and sanitation requirements.</li>
<li>Operate, breakdown, and clean the standard food service equipment such as a food processors, slicing machines, rotary or convection ovens, and a deep fat fryer.</li>
<li>Operate and clean specialized equipment such as a cook tanks, agitating kettles, pump fill stations, tipper ties, blast chillers, and vacuum packers.</li>
<li>Use standardized recipes and cooking techniques that have been adapted to the requirements of a specialized food preparation system.</li>
<li>Determine portion cost and adjust ingredients in standard recipes when altering the number of servings required.</li>
<li>Decide if items are fresh and whether cooked foods are done by their appearance, consistency, texture, and temperature.</li>
<li>Schedule and coordinate their preparation to produce a properly cooked meal on time.</li>

Under the direct supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Manager, the Service Desk Analyst is responsible for 1st-3rd tier support of 1,400+ end-users in a Microsoft Desktop environment. This position is also responsible for installation, relocation, and maintenance of computers, software, and equipment. The Service Desk Analyst also provides support to management, providers, and staff in relation to usage of computer, network, and peripheral equipment.</p>
<p><strong>Essential Job Functions</strong>
<ul>
<li>Analyze, install, configure, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair computer workstations (wired and wireless), printers, scanners, mobile devices, and other associated peripherals.</li>
<li>Set-up new equipment and relocate existing equipment.</li>
<li>Configure and install new desktop systems and peripherals.</li>
<li>Install and maintain authorized software.</li>
<li>Provide front-line support to management, providers, and staff in relation to usage of computer, network, and peripheral equipment.</li>
<li>Using the Service Desk system, perform cradle-to-grave management of service requests, incidents, and problems using the <span class="caps">ITIL</span> methodology.</li>
<li>Manage user account provisioning and related tasks.</li>
<li>Provide excellent, professional technical support to end-users both in person and on the phone.</li>
<li>Evaluate each phone call and on-site visit to determine appropriateness of response and referral of IT staff based on need and severity.</li>
<li>Remain on-call in a rotating system, prioritizing each call and escalating calls based on importance.</li>
<li>Available to work occasional night and/or weekends.</li>
<li>Timely arrival for all scheduled work shifts. Employees must call prior to the start of shift to inform manager if they cannot report.</li>

<ul>
<li>Perform a variety of maintenance tasks to diagnose, repair, rebuild, replace mechanical, electrical, <span class="caps">PLC</span>, hydraulic and pneumatic systems on all plant equipment and facilities.</li>
<li>Use maintenance knowledge to increase productivity, decrease downtime and waste.</li>
<li>Work with a sense of urgency to respond to machine downtime events.</li>
<li>Will be required to complete in-house training programs to develop equipment specific maintenance skills. The position may also require attendance at external training that may require occasional overnight travel.</li>
<li>Must be able to follow all safety and company policies that include lock-out tag-out procedures.</li>

<p><strong>Basic Qualifications</strong>
<ul>
<li>2 years of experience successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial manufacturing equipment.</li>
<li>2 years of experience with repairing and maintaining mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, <span class="caps">PLC</span> systems and industrial equipment.</li>
<li>Be passionate about maintaining a safe and clean work environment.</li>
<li>Ability to work any shift, overtime, and weekends as needed.</li>
<li>Must have own basic tools (<span class="caps">PCA</span> will provide specialized tools and an annual tool allowance).</li>
<li>Must be authorized to work in the U.S.</li>
</ul></p>
<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong>
<ul>
<li>Technical degree and/or comparable experience in successfully troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery and equipment; particularly within the corrugated or packaging industry.</li>
</ul></p>

<p><strong>Pay and Benefits</strong>

<li>Pay Range from $34.19-$43.29 based on skills and experience.</li>

<li>1.5 pay over 8 hours, over 40 hours and weekends.</li>
<li>1.5 pay on holidays, plus additional overtime over 8 hours on holidays.</li>
