Produce complete and accurate drawings for the approval/permit process, the detailing of fabrication drawings, and the erection of the building.

Essential Functions of Position

• Associate of Science degree or equivalent drafting technology.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required.
• Ability to draft required structures using Revit, a 3D modeling software within a pre-determined time frame.
• Produce a set of building drawings concurrently with the Project Engineer, including anchor plans, roof plans, elevations, sections and erection details.
• Ability to produce paper and PDF project drawings for review by project Engineers for permit or as required.
• Ability to quickly and accurately correct or address red lines for accurate drawings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to read and interpret design drawings.
• Excellent work ethic.
• Ability to effectively communicate with team members and customers.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Good English skills. Able to speak, read and understand.
• Computer skills – Excel, Outlook and Word software.
