Summary
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of seniors and contributing to their well-being? Seasons Assisted Living in Farr West, Utah, is looking for compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at Seasons Assisted Living, you’ll have the opportunity to provide essential support and care to our residents, enriching their lives and ensuring they feel safe and comfortable.

Hours: Morning 6:30-10:30 or 6:45-3:00 Swing 3:00-10:00 pm NOC 10:00-6:00

Job Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Providing medication reminders and assistance as necessary.
• Assisting with meal preparation and ensuring residents have a pleasant dining experience.
• Engaging in meaningful conversations and companionship to promote social well-being.
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Monitoring and reporting any changes in residents’ health or well-being.
• Upholding the highest standards of care, respect, and compassion.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, swing shifts, and NOC (night shifts).
• CNA license if younger than 18.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team.
• Empathetic, patient, and understanding attitude towards senior residents.
• A desire to contribute to the well-being and comfort of our residents.
