Job Description
You will run and maintain large and small production runs of parts on CNC Lathes. A
successful ADT machinist owns what’s needed to complete the next job in line. From
pulling necessary materials, to proper setup and completion on the CNC. ADT team
members use their expertise to improve process and products.

Schedule: M-F 6am-2:30pm

What you contribute to our production team

• Read and understand prints and spec sheets
• Set up Tooling
• Check/modify programs as needed on CNC Lathe
• Check and hold tolerance to spec on prints
• Proficient with measuring tools such as dial calipers and micrometers
• Check and maintain machine fluid levels and perform basic daily operator
  maintenance
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Coolant and waste chip handling
• 5-10 years experience operating CNC Lathes and/or CNC Mills
• Programming (basic to advanced) or understanding of G-Code

Who we want

• Highly motivated and willing to self govern with low intervention from supervisors
• Experience running mills and other common machinery found in a shop considered a
  plus
• Ability to work well within a team environment
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adjust as needed
