Responsibilities

• Develop effective recruiting strategies to build a large talent pool of individuals excited to join our team
• Organize large successful groupwide recruiting and training events
• Garner enthusiasm in the community about our company
• Screen and assess applicants to ensure they are a good fit for our company
• Assist our Hiring Managers with screening and interviewing candidates
• Provide training and guidance to Hiring Managers on effective recruiting and screening strategies
• Develop strong employee referral campaigns
• Build relationships with educational entities to recruit students
• Support our groups talent acquisition and overall marketing strategy

Pay: $15-$20 an hour-Depending on Experience
