South Davis Community Hospital is a hospital campus located in Bountiful, UT. We are currently hiring talented CNAs to work our LTAC Unit (step down ICU). This is a fast-paced critical care environment. We’re the only LTAC in the state to offer a seamless transition to skilled nursing.

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care of patients. Our specialty campus is accepting applications for a Full and Part Time LPN. Join our team and provide care to patients of all ages on our adult or pediatric units with a focus on LTAC.

This position offers multiple advanced critical care training and endorsements (IV Certification, Pulmonary Tier I, Pulmonary Tier II, Advanced Airway, Infusions, Wound Care Management, Telemetry, Rhythm Recognition, 12-Lead, PALS & ACLS), competitive pay, shift differentials, 401(k) and a great benefits package.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must be licensed and registered in the state of Utah.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
