Compensation: $15 – $20/hr

Your Role:
As a Plating Prep Laborer, you’ll support the plating process by preparing, plugging, masking, nad racking parts for finishing. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn multiple areas of shop work. The right person will grow their skills and take on additional responsibilities over time.

• Prepare parts for plating by plugging, masking, and racking according to job specifications.
• Hand and cut wire, apply tape, and use plugs to protect designated surfaces.
• Assist with general labor tasks and support other departments as needed.
• Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in a clean, organized condition.
• Follow safety and quality procedures throughout all tasks.

• Prior manufacturing or plating shop experience a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools (wire cutters, tape, etc.)
• Good attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable to different tasks.
• Outstanding teamwork and communication.
• Must meet US person status due to export regulations.
