About the Role
Join our team at PRT-i, where care, performance, and compassion come together. We’re seeking a Therapy Aide who is passionate about helping others move, recover, and thrive. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in rehab, fitness, or performance training who enjoy hands-on, client-centered work.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean, prepare, and stock treatment rooms and equipment
• Assist therapists with client setup and session flow
• Teach and demonstrate movement-based therapy exercises
• Educate clients on proper form, body mechanics, and injury prevention
• Collaborate with therapists, fitness specialists, and office staff
• Support client comfort and safety throughout sessions
• Maintain linen supply for practitioners
• Assist with check-ins, paperwork, and light administrative tasks
• Follow HIPAA and professional standards at all times

Who You Are

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, dependable, and client-focused
• Physically able to demonstrate exercises
• Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
• Detail-oriented and collaborative

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in rehab, physical therapy, or personal training
• NASM, ACE, ACSM, or ISSA certification
• CPR/AED certification
• Client service or sales experience
