Your Role:
As a Maintenance Technician you’ll help ensure the smooth operation of our nearly 300,000 sq ft facility by maintaining a wide range of equipment that support both production and safety. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow in a fast-paced, and high-tech environment.

What You’ll Do:
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical production equipment, tools, and facility systems.
  • Troubleshoot repair and service a variety of machines to ensure equipment reliability.
  • Support general facility maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, lighting, and equipment.
  • Assist with setup and relocation of production equipment as needed.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns or urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in safety and compliance activities, including maintaining clean work areas and supporting hazard prevention programs.
  • Provide seasonal facility support (e.g., snow removal, weatherproofing, flood response, etc.).

What You’ll Bring:

  • High school diploma required
  • 5+ years’ experience in general maintenance, facilities, or industrial equipment repair; manufacturing setting experience preferred
  • Solid mechanical aptitude with experience in general machinery maintenance.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems a plus.
  • Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Self-starter who takes ownership and works well independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and ability to build cross-functional relationships
