Administrative Assistant

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for timely gathering, routing and organization of the data necessary to complete administrative tasks. Their work is foundational to a strong culture that supports retention and progression across the team and a high level of responsiveness at every leadership level. Their consistency keeps our team well cared for so each team member’s focus remains on taking good care of each guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrous handling of all information (team member & business) in all aspects.
  • Administrative:
  • Routing mail
  • Maintaining permits
  • Requesting digital signatures
  • Responding to guest queries (local & digital)
  • Maintaining clean & stocked office(s)
  • Documenting & disbursing uniforms
  • Communication as requested by Executive Director of Human Resources & Administration
  • Additional tasks as assigned by the Operator or Executive Director of Human Resources & Administration.

Job Specifications:

  • 10-12 hours worked based on the needs of the store(s)
  • Two weekday shifts in each location for a minimum total of four shifts
  • Some Saturday shifts may be required
  • Digital meetings with other members of the administration team as needed.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom
  • This position will require use of additional digital tools & applications including but not limited to Adobe, Slack, Genius Scan (phone app), digital signature platform, etc.

Requirements

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have a source of reliable transportation
  • Must be regularly available for a range of days and dayparts (mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.) Sundays excluded.
  • Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required

Pay
Starting from $16 an hour
