What You’ll Be Doing:

• Toy Production: Assist in the manufacturing of innovative and exciting toys, maintaining a relentless pace and high standards of quality.
• Follow Instructions: Execute instructions accurately and efficiently to ensure all tasks are completed to specification.
• Work Independently: Perform duties independently with minimal supervision, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met.
• Quality Control: Inspect toys with exceptional attention to detail, catching any imperfections before they leave our facility.
• Feedback Implementation: We’re all about improvement. Take feedback well and use it to level up your skills.

Who You Are:

• Relentless and Motivated: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can maintain a consistent and efficient work pace.
• Detail-Oriented: You notice the small things and take pride in delivering high-quality work.
• Reliable: You show up on time, every time, and have dependable transportation to and from work.
• Honest and Integrity-Driven: You do the right thing, even when no one’s watching.
• Independent Worker: You’re comfortable working alone for large portions of the time, while still being a great team player when needed.
• Physically Capable: You can be on your feet for long hours and keep up with a fast-moving production environment.
