Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the head chef in preparing meals for large events
  • Help manage prep cooks and dishwashers
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and equipment
  • Oversee daily kitchen operations and staff
  • Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation

Daily Tasks Include:

  • Supervising and supporting prep cooks
  • Preparing customized menus for individual clients
  • Scheduling dishwashing staff
  • Creating weekly task and prep lists
  • Upholding cleanliness and organization standards
