Position: Project Manager

Position Type: Non-Management / Salary

Schedule: Full Time, 7am-5pm, Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday availability

Compensation: $48,000-55,000.00 / year plus company vehicle and fuel

Responsibilities: Oversee projects on-site at a customer’s home in order to ensure quality work is being done and safety guidelines are being followed. This person will act as a liaison between the customer and the independent contractor / crew which requires professional communication skills in person and over the phone or through text message. This person works with and is supported by a team and reports to the owner.

Location: Home-based with travel throughout Ogden and Salt Lake.

Description: We are looking for a friendly and professional person who will be able to read project work orders and communicate any questions or concerns prior to the work being started at a job site. This person will attend weekly meetings and is responsible for traveling throughout his or her territory in order to work directly with homeowners and independent contractors. Daily onsite supervision to ensure work is being done per the agreement and up to Footprints Floors quality standards. This person will be responsible for receiving customer satisfaction by collecting final payment, and maintaining relationships with independent contractors.
