Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who aspires to progress in a Human Resources career. The ideal candidate has a minimum 1-2 years of Human Resources experience, is willing to work hard autonomously, and demonstrates our company’s DNA of being coachable, committed, dependable, a doer, engaged, humble, having initiative, innovative, kind, positive, respectful, and trusted.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborates with team members in carrying out various human resource programs and procedures.
- Recruits for various positions and coordinates new-employee orientation, pre-employment tests, reference checks, exit interviews, and other recruiting and retention strategies.
- Participates in benefits administration, including open enrollment and reporting structure for clients.
- Maintains handbook updates, records, reports and logs.
- Leads in organizational training and development efforts.
- Assists with HRIS, time keeping and other systems training and development.
- Performs compensation analyses and researches additional compensation tools.
- Communicates with client employees via phone, email, or other messaging platforms.
- Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications/Skills

- Strong proficiency in technology including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM.
- Creative ability and writing proficiency.
- Organized, meticulous, and public speaking skills.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of all information.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent levels of education/work experience.
- 1 -2 years Human Resources experience preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus.
