CSI Printing and Advertising is seeking a graphic design intern with a passion for creativity, quality, and innovation to join the team!

The design professional we seek will be involved in all phases of print design – from initial concept through completion. Responsibilities range from conception and branding to digital design and layout, print collateral, photo manipulation, and beyond. Our ideal candidate is comfortable working solo “in the zone” as well as in a brainstorming group or creative session. They work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment, are highly organized, and strive for detailed, polished results every time.

Principal Responsibilities

• Creating and presenting concepts for new projects and campaigns
• Brand identity, logo design
• Print collateral including tradeshow signage, direct mail, catalogs, etc.
• Digital design and social media content creation
• Photo retouching, manipulation, color correcting and archiving
• Collaborating with coworkers; attending press checks to ensure print quality

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in the Adobe Suite software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and
  Photoshop
• Ability to prioritize tasks, as we are often doing multiple jobs at once
• A keen eye for layout and design
• A portfolio of your best work
• Digital/social media and web design experience is a plus

Our office is open Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. We are seeking an intern who can commit 10 hours per week, with a flexible schedule of 2 hours per day. We are happy to accommodate your school schedule and can adjust as needed. Reliable transportation is required, as the intern will need to commute to our office located in South Ogden. This is a paid part-time position.

Our ultimate goal is to transition the intern into a full-time role.
