Are you ready to leap into owning and managing your own salon?

A freshly renovated salon space in Clinton is seeking new ownership. The current rent is approximately $2,100 per month, plus utilities. The current salon owners are not asking for additional money; the new owner will only pay rent.
The salon includes:

• 4 eyelash extension chairs
• 3 nail stations
• 1 spray tan booth
• Private area for fine-line tattoos

The salon currently operates on a booth rental model, with rates of $250 for part-time and $500 for full-time. However, the new owner may use other operational models if they have different ideas for how to structure the business moving forward.
