We are a small Ogden business that is taking the railroad industry by storm! We make The Brake Stick, an ultra-lite tool, used by train brakemen across the country. Our company is growing at an exponential rate and need to keep up with demand.

Job duties include:

• Assembly of the Brake Stick
• Prepare parts for bonding and finishing of the tool
• Wet lay-up of materials for assembly of the tool
• Finishing and boxing of the assembled tool
• Assist with the design and creation of products and processes
• Assist with the organization and processes of the workflow

Job requirements:

• Composite certificate preferred
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds
• Must have excellent attention to detail
• High mechanical aptitude
• Capable of working as a team or alone, adaptable, with problem-solving skills
• Able to take instruction, and work in a production environment safely
