Redrock Taco is gearing up for a busy season, and we’re looking for high-energy, reliable individuals to join our kitchen crew. If you love fast-paced environments and great food, chill vibes- we want to meet you!

Open Positions: 

• Line Cooks/ Chefs: Experience with high volume service. Must be fast on the grill and have an eye for detail and cleanliness
• Prep Cooks: Help us keep the fresh ingredients flowing. Strong knife skills and recipe adherence required.
• Dishwashers/Kitchen Staff: The backbone of our operation. Speed, efficiency and a “can do” attitude are a must

Requirements:

• Food Safety: Valid Food Handlers Permit (or willingness to obtain one)
• Stamina:  Ability to stand for 8+ hours
• Availability:  Must be available for weekends, holidays and the duration of the peak season
• Vibe: A Team-first attitude and the ability to keep your cool during a rush. Easy going and adaptable
