Assist providers with allergy skin testing (scratch and intradermal), patch testing, and spirometry (pulmonary function testing)
Prepare and administer allergy immunotherapy injections (allergy shots) — including subcutaneous (SC) and intramuscular (IM) injections — per physician protocols; monitor patients for reactions post-injection
Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection, including venipuncture, blood draws, and nasal smears
Document patient care accurately and promptly in the electronic health record (EHR/EMR)
Prepare, stock, and maintain exam rooms; ensure clinical equipment is clean, calibrated, and ready for use
Educate patients and families on allergy and asthma management plans and medication instructions
Coordinate with front office staff on scheduling, prior authorizations, and patient follow-up
Follow OSHA, HIPAA, and clinic infection control standards
Support additional clinical and administrative medical office tasks as needed
