Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated, driven technician with residential maintenance experience to join our team. We specialize in maintenance support for property management companies and real estate agents.

Requirements:
– Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
– Basic tools such as a ladder, drills, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc. are required.
– Valid driver’s license required
