Job Title: IT Support Technician

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $18–$25 per hour, depending on experience

Janadhi & Company is a Utah-based managed IT and low-voltage technology company. We support businesses with desktop support, networking, Microsoft 365, structured cabling, Wi-Fi, VoIP, security camera systems, and other business technology needs.

 

Position Summary:

We are looking for a dependable IT Support Technician who enjoys solving problems, helping customers, and learning hands-on technology. This role is a good fit for someone with desktop support experience, strong customer service skills, and an interest in growing in managed IT services, networking, and field technology support.

 

Responsibilities:

– Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and basic network issues.

– Support Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, email, user accounts, and basic software troubleshooting.

– Assist with network troubleshooting, including Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, VPN, cabling, and connectivity issues.

– Help deploy and configure computers, printers, phones, and other office technology.

– Document work clearly in our ticketing system.

– Assist with VoIP, security camera systems, and low-voltage technology projects as needed.

– Travel to customer sites in Northern Utah when required.

– Communicate professionally with customers and team members.

 

Qualifications:

– Prior IT support, help desk, desktop support, or technical school training preferred.

– Experience with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 preferred.

– Basic understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.

– Ability to troubleshoot printers, scanners, computers, and common office technology.

– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed.

– Good communication, documentation, and customer service skills.

– Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
