Description

Position Summary:

Design (or oversee the design of) all brand collateral, websites, social and other assets, ensuring adherence to the brand platform and usage guide. Emphasis will be on social media content creation (ads and organic assets) and Shopify website design for a startup e-commerce brand in mental wellness.

NeuroNova is an emerging pioneer in natural brain reset. We have recently launched the NeuroNova chair for commercial and in-home use that helps people transform their mental health through 10-minute daily sessions on a science-backed vibration chair that supports dopamine balance and nervous system regulation without invasive therapies or medication. It’s an exciting time to help develop the visual messaging strategies of this new brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and produce on-brand creative assets across digital and print, including paid ads, landing pages, email graphics, social media content, product collateral, pitch decks, event materials, and packaging.
  • Manage look and feel of the company’s e-com website, working in tandem with the Marketing Operations Manager on execution, real-time updates, testing and troubleshooting.
  • Translate brand strategy into visually cohesive assets that reinforce tone, positioning, and product value.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing Communications, Partnerships and Programs Manager, and executive leadership to concept and execute campaign creative.
  • Design high-converting performance marketing assets, including static ads, motion graphics, short-form video graphics, and conversion-driven landing page visuals.
  • Under the guidance of the Partnerships and Programs Manager, support affiliate and partner programs by creating launch kits, media kits, banners, co-branded assets, and event collateral.
  • Develop and maintain brand templates and systems to ensure consistency and scalability across channels.
  • Prepare final production files for print vendors, packaging manufacturers, and promotional merchandise partners.
  • Maintain organized asset libraries/archives (and create a simple, consistent naming convention) and version control across projects.
  • Support event presence with booth design, signage, swag concepts, presentation decks, and experiential visual elements.
  • Stay current on design trends, performance creative best practices, and emerging tools that enhance speed and output quality.
  • Collaborate with outside freelancers or contractors when needed, helping guide and refine creative output.

Skills and qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in consumer products, wellness, performance, or startup environments. Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, illustration, web design or related is strongly preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating brand development, campaign execution, and performance-driven creative.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Experience with Figma or similar design platforms strongly preferred.
  • Experience designing for paid media channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok), including understanding of performance-based creative optimization.
  • Comfortable creating motion graphics and short-form video assets (After Effects or similar preferred).
  • Experience preparing files for print production and packaging manufacturing.
  • Strong typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy skills.
  • Ability to translate strategy and creative briefs into compelling visual storytelling that are in alignment with brand platform/brand guide.
  • High attention to detail and quality control, especially in production and file preparation.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable receiving feedback from multiple stakeholders and iterating quickly. Flexible, resilient, and independently motivated. Capable of being the voice and advocate for aesthetic representation in all materials.
