South Davis Community Hospital is a hospital campus located in Bountiful, UT. We are currently hiring talented CNAs to work our LTAC Unit (step down ICU). This is a fast-paced critical care environment. We’re the only LTAC in the state to offer a seamless transition to skilled nursing. We are looking for experienced hospital CNAs to join our campus to provide care to patients of all ages with a focus on LTAC. Each of our services plays an important role in our organization’s mission to bridge a continuation of medical care for patients of all ages with high-quality, proven services, including Hospital, High Acuity Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC).

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Provides comprehensive personal care(s) of patients under the supervision of an RN and other medical staff
• Prioritizes work assignments through the shift
• Completes and submits required charting including but not limited to shift notes and documentation reflecting care given as indicated on the plan of care
• Exhibits courtesy, cooperation, and compassion toward patients, physicians, and coworkers to create a positive work environment
• Other basic personal cares and ADL?s as assigned
