Duties and responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses and physicians in delivering patient care tailored to individual needs.
• Monitor and document vital signs, patient observations, and responses to treatments.
• Support patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Prepare and maintain patient rooms and medical equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment.
• Assist with patient transfers, positioning, and ambulation while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide emotional support to patients and families, ensuring comfort and understanding of care procedures.
• Follow infection control procedures diligently, including proper hand hygiene and equipment sterilization.
• Document all care activities accurately in compliance with the home policies.
• Helping transport the residents safely by operating wheelchairs, lifts and rolling hospital beds.
• Observing patient conditions, identifying potential risk factors for resident wellness and communicating them to nurses.

Requirements

HOURS AND SHIFTS

• 12-hour shift Part time/Full Time
• 8am to 8pm and 8pm to 8am

PAY

• $18/$23 AN HOUR
