Ascension Lutheran Church, located in Ogden, Utah, is currently seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to support worship, serve the church, and make a meaningful impact within our community.
Position Details
The Administrative Assistant role is part-time, requiring 20 hours per week, scheduled Tuesday through Friday. In this vital position, you will help prepare weekly worship services and contribute to church operations through strong organization, effective communication, and creative problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare worship documents and presentation slides for weekly services.
- Provide support to the pastor, musicians, and church volunteers.
- Maintain the music library and oversee music licensing.
- Create bulletins, QR codes, and graphics to enhance communication and worship experiences.
- Manage Google Drive and facilitate church communications.
- Coordinate the preparation and distribution of weekly worship materials.
