Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers regarding service appointments, maintenance reminders, and special offers
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Utilize technology and CRM systems to track customer interactions and follow-ups
• Answer customer inquiries and schedule appointments efficiently
• Work in a fast-paced call center environment, meeting daily call and service targets

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or sales is a plus
• Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone demeanor
• Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Goal-driven with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
