We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and site installation. This role involves working on various commercial and residential projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks related to construction plumbing and remodeling projects
• Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting of plumbing and HVAC systems on-site
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure project timelines are met
• Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Assist in remodeling, assembly, and general construction site tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Plumber license required
• Proven experience in construction plumbing, site installation, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading, welding, and schematics reading
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, carpentry, remodeling, and maintenance person skills is a plus
• Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately
• Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety protocols
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly
• Prior experience with field service work or maintenance projects is advantageous
